Quiet and Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC) will come together to organize a Special Prison Film Tour that will begin in Tehachapi. We will visit and organize immersive events at prison facilities throughout California to engage men and women inside prison with dynamic and inspiring programming, spark change in our criminal justice system and capture original content to tell the stories of incarcerated people beyond the walls.
